A dozen young men representing 2-AAAAA Liberty County High School and 3-AAAAA Bradwell Institute will be vying to win titles at the state track meet this weekend at Memorial Stadium in Jefferson. Events begin at noon Thursday and continue until Saturday.
Admission is $7 per day. The running events also will be available for on-demand viewing at GHSA.tv and Comcast On Demand. Select Get Local ATL, choose Atlanta Sports, then select High School Sports to watch highlights. DVDs can be ordered at GHSA.tv.
The girls’ state meet is May 12-13.

Liberty County (2-AAAA):

• Aaron Polite, Deonte Bacon, Devin Helvie and Shadrach Thornton in the 4x100-meter relay. Willis Bowman is an alternate.
• Javon Bennett in the discus throw.

Bradwell Institute (3-AAAAA)

• Anthony Holsendolph in the 400-meter dash, 4x400 and the high jump.
• Jahlil Witt in the triple jump and 4x400.
• Jamael Smith in the 1,600 and 3,200.
• Markell McKee in the 800 and 4x400.
• Marsalis Jackson in the long jump and the 4x400.
