The Cleveland Cavaliers did not make it to the championship game of the Las Vegas Summer League. They lost 85-79 to the Chicago Bulls.

But former Liberty County and Tennessee guard Jordan McRae had standout games during the series, earning him a place on the Samsung NBA Summer League First Team.

McRae closed out the summer league averaging 24.3 points per game, placing him third on the league’s list of top scorers.
On July 14, McRae scored a summer league high 36 points against the Lakers, helping the Cavaliers advance in bracket play. He averaged five rebounds per game.
