Liberty County High School Lady Panther goalkeeper Madison Winn last week signed to play soccer at Brewton-Parker College in the fall.
Winn, who also played softball, said she plans to become a nurse and will major in biology.

“I am excited to be able to progress my skills as a goalkeeper and be able to play soccer in college,” she said after her signing ceremony surrounded by her teammates, friends and family.

Lady Panther coach Catrina Hicks said she is excited for Winn.
“I think she is going to be a great addition to Brewton-Parker College. Hicks said Winn’s attitude is one of the reasons she was named one of the Lady Panther team captains this year.

“She has leadership skills,” Hicks said. “She also has a positive attitude.”
First yeah BPC head soccer coach Prince Borde said he is expecting Winn to make an immediate impact on the team.

“She is a very good athlete and I think she will continue to grow in the sport,” he said. “She is willing to work hard and seems to be all about impacting lives and improving the younger players on the team.”
