Sunbury 5K set
The fifth annual Sunbury 5K will begin at 10 a.m. Oct. 4, near the Merchants Wharf Condos. Registration is $30. The walk/run benefits the Wounded Warriors Project and American Diabetes Association. Register at www.fleetfeetsavannah.com/sunbury5k. 

Stewart youth-bowling league set to begin
The Fort Stewart Youth Bowling league will accept registrations for bowlers ages 3-18 (21 if enrolled in college) from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at Marne Lanes on Fort Stewart.
Participants must be at Marne Lanes on registration day to ensure being placed on a team.
The league will start at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13.
