Bradwell softball tryouts
The Bradwell Institute Lady Tiger softball coaching staff will host team tryouts from 5-7 p.m. today and Friday, and again at 11 a.m. Saturday. Tryouts are for girls in grades eight through 12. Participants must have current sports physicals to attend. Bring tennis shoes, cleats, glove, water bottle and a good attitude. Savannah Mile race
The Two Hundred Club of the Coastal Empire has scheduled its 11th annual Savannah Mile for 8 a.m. May 28 in the historic downtown district.
Registration is $20 through May 26 and $25 on May 27-28. All proceeds help the Two Hundred Club fulfill its mission to assist the families of law-enforcement officers, firefighters and other first responders who die or suffer critical injuries in the line of duty.
