The Bradwell Institute Tigers ended their 30-game losing streak last year against Greenbrier.

Now, the Wolfpack stand between the Tigers and a potential playoff berth.

Bradwell hosts the winless Wolfpack on Friday night and win could put the Tigers into the state playoffs for the first time in five years. The Tigers’ playoff chances took a hit with a 41-33 loss to Jenkins on Saturday night.

The Tigers (3-6 overall and 1-3 Region 1-AAAAA) fell behind 33-21 at halftime against the Warriors on Saturday night.

Christopher Garrett was 10-of-16 passing for 233 yards and two touchdowns, and ran four times for 42 yards and two TDs. Wade Cobb added 62 yards on 15 carries.

Bryant Thomas had 113 yards and two touchdowns on three catches, and Tyon Jones had 50 yards on four receptions. Zay Thomas added a 4-yard touchdown run.

Greenbrier (0-9, 0-4) is coming off a 56-7 loss to Coffee.
