Demetrius D. Stinson has entered basic cadet training at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., in preparation to enter his first academic year at the academy. The six-week, two-phase orientation program must be successfully completed by the cadets before their freshman year.
Stinson is the son of Lucretia and Douglas Stinson of Hinesville. He is a 2009 graduate of Liberty County High School.
Clayton graduates advanced training
Pvt. 2nd Class Christopher Sherrard Clayton graduated June 16 from advanced individual training from Fort Gordon as a MOB 25B Information Technology Specialist. He is stationed at Fort Lewis, Wa.
Clayton is the son of Larry and Sharon Clayton of Allenhurst. He graduated from Bradwell Institute in 2009.
Joe graduates basic training
Navy Seaman Larry Joe, son of Lucy L. and Larry Joe of Hinesville, Ga., recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Joe is a 2003 graduate of Bradwell Institute.
