Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Anisa weighed 6 pounds, 9.2 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Minnie Boston of Allenhurst.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Dion Maree Rancy.
