Anthony Andrew Chapell was born at 12:46 a.m. May 11 to Misti Dean of Hinesville and Shawn Chapell of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Anthony weighed 5 pounds, 2.5 ounces and measured 17.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Marie and Rick Dean of Hinesville. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Sharon Lynn Chapell of Luttrell, Tenn., and Harold Andrew Chapell of Luttrell.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Serenity Deloach and brother Trent Selph.
