Branell Lenecia Spencer was born to Shaneka Goldwire and Brandon Spencer at 3: 19 p.m. on Sept. 25. Born at Liberty Regional Medical center, baby Branell weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 18 inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Albertha Goldwire and the paternal granddaughter of Gary and Suerena Duvall.
