Carolyn Maliah was born at 1:27 p.m. Dec. 19 to Dora Lillard of Cherokee, N.C., and Mark Hills of Walthourville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Carolyn weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 19 ¼ inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Carolyn and Sherman Lillard of Cherokee and Earlene and Layton Hills of Walthourville.
The baby also is welcomed by sister Tynighia and brothers Robert and Marcus.
