Isaiah Avery Farmer was born to Alyssa and Alexander Farmer Sr. at 4:21 p.m. Aug. 25. Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Isaiah weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 21 inches.
He is the grandson of Heather Santa and Donald and Gilda Farmer.
