Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Keeleigh weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 21 inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of  Diane and William Oursler of DeRuyter, N.Y. She is the paternal granddaughter of Gerald and Sandra Welsh of DeRuyter.
