Kenneth Jacob Scoggins II was born July 11 to Kenny and Kristin Scoggins of El Paso, Texas.
Born at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, baby Jake weighed 8 pounds and measured 20.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Bill and Cheryl Kilbury of Hinesville. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Matt and Barbara Moore of Panhandle, Texas, and Dawn Mowery of Phoenix, Ariz.
