Lamar Allen Nelson Jr. was born at 2:41 p.m. Oct. 5 to Falon Clarke of Miami and Lamar Nelson of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Lamar weighed 7 pounds and measured 19 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Gloria Byrd of Miami and Mr. and Mrs. Johnson of Hinesville.
The baby also is welcomed by sisters Mya Lowe and Zaniyah Dixon, aunts Celeste, Ashaland, Maria, Victoria, Chelsea, Destiny and Brittany and uncles Fredi and Cedric.
