Makhi Ameer Hudson was born at 2:51 a.m. Dec. 1 to Crystal Hudson of Hinesville and Michael West of New Bern, N.C.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Makhi weighed 7.5 pounds and measured 20 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Vanessa Hudson of Hinesville.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Xyon Ahdonis Hudson.
