Shawn Matthew Earl Turner was born to Jessica May Turner and Robert Christopher Mata on  March 23.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Shawn weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 19 inches.
He is the paternal grandson of Robert Ramos Mata and Teresa Lou Slack. He is also welcomed by sister Serenity Belle Dadson.
