Theodore “Ted” Killian Pena was born to Myunghee Changh and Brent Pena at 3:31 a.m. on March 14. Born to Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Theodore weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 18 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Sangdong and Oksoon Chang and the paternal grandson of Ted and Mary Christopher.
