Mr. and Mrs. Charles McHugh of Hinesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Ruth, to Mark Haythorn, son of the late Spencer Haythorn and Karen Haythorn of Baltimore, MD.
The bride-elect is a corporal with the Peachtree City Police Department. The future groom is an Army lieutenant colonel stationed at Fort Gillem.
A May wedding is planned.
