Pipkin, Futch to wed on April 25

Codie Ray Futch and Melissa Pipkin
Tracy and Denise Pipkin of Hinesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Pipkin of Ludowici, to Codie Ray Futch of Ludowici.
He is the son of Linda K. Futch of Ludowici and Ray and Rhonda Futch of Hinesville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Long County High School and is employed at her family business in Savannah.
Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Pipkin of Hinesville. Her maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. White of Hinesville.
The groom elect is a graduate of Long County High School, Altamaha Technical College and the Police Academy at Armstrong Atlantic State University. He is a Deputy Sheriff with the Long County Sheriff’s Department.
His paternal grandparents are Dorothy Futch and the late Harris Futch. His maternal grandparents are the late Grace marguerite Tanner and the late Raleigh Baggs Tanner.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. on April 25, at Calvary Baptist Church in Ludowici with the Rev. Jack Thorton officiating. A reception will follow immediately in the church social hall.
All friends and relative are invited to attend.
