Editor, Our family would like to thank everyone for all they did for us after the loss of our dad. We are so blessed to have friends and family that helped us out.
Thanks to all of you for your prayers, food, cards and donations. So many of our old friends came by that we haven’t seen in years. Seeing you and reminiscing about the good old days was priceless.
To our neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Cates, thank you for all you did, and to Kroger, we really appreciated all the food you brought over and the donations you collected.
I don’t know how we would have gotten through this without all of you who cared.
We would also like to thank Carter’s Funeral Home, the police department and Pastor Tim Parrish for the wonderful job they did.
We miss our dad so much. Life will never be the same without him. He would do anything for anybody. I thank God for the long life he had and for giving us the best dad anyone could ask for.
