Still looking for missing daughter
Placeholder Image
Editor, Our daughter, Debora Gail Deloach Moody, has been missing now for 28 months without a clue as to how she disappeared or where she is.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been diligently working on this case and following up on numerous leads with no positive results on finding her thus far.  She turned 46 years old on April 22, 2010, and we are still hoping to bring some kind of closure to this case as soon as possible.
We sincerely appreciate the media’s support on periodically making everyone aware that she is still missing and that this case is an ongoing investigation by the GBI, the Long County Sheriff’s Department and other state and county offices.
The local television stations along with county newspapers have been very supportive in helping to keep the public aware of her continued missing status over the past several years.
We cannot overemphasize the need for people to come forward to local authorities with any information they might have on this case. Regardless of how unimportant you might think the information is, let the authorities make the decision to evaluate the information and pursue the lead to the maximum extent.
Someone out there knows something significant about this case, especially the perpetrators involved in her mysterious disappearance from her home on Dec. 4, 2007.
