The Liberty County YMCA will host Scott’s All-Stars basketball camp scheduled for Dec. 20-23. The camp is open to ages 5-7 from 9-10:30 a.m. and for ages 8-14 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. For more information, call Richard Somerville at 368-9622.

 

Scott’s All-Star drug-free

Scott’s All-Stars will be hosting a drug free basketball camp from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., Dec. 11 at the Long County High School gymnasium. This is a free event to promote drug free living and provide exposure to a professional basketball camp to children who may not have otherwise have resources to attend. It is open to Liberty and Long County students. Pre-register at any Long County school or at: www.scottsallstars.com. Athletic hall of fame banquet

 

The Liberty County Athletic Hall of Fame banquet will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, at Club Stewart on Fort Stewart. Tickets are $15 and must be purchased in advance.
