Area residents concerned about the proposed expansion of the Townsend Bombing Range in Long County have a few extra days to express their feelings. The period for public comments, which had closed in September, has been extended to Nov. 8. Savannah Chain sets pro combine and college showcase

 

The Savannah Chain Baseball Academy will host a pro combine and college showcase Saturday, Nov. 6. Play will be at the Chain Field in Garden City and Grayson Stadium in Savannah.
