YMCA offering MMA classes

Beginning Nov. 1, the YMCA will offer a mixed martial arts class on Tuesdays and Thursdays for adults and children 5 and older. Registration for youth basketball for children ages 3-16 begins Oct. 15. For more information, call 368-9622.

Scott’s All-Stars workouts
