Marshall Rainge was recently named the Tattnall Missionary Baptist Association 2017 Layman of the Year. The announcement was made at the association’s annual Lay Day Service which was held Oct. 22 in Hagan. TMBA Layman president Deacon James Jones said that Rainge was selected because of his contributions, leadership, stewardship and the many roles he plays within the Laymen Ministry.
