Alyssa Phuong Nhi Hoang was born at 1:29 p.m. March 4 to Phuong T. Pham and Joseph V. Hoang of Richmond Hill.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Alyssa weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 19 inches.

His grandparents are Hoa T. Nguyen of Vietnam and Lau T. Trinh of Savannah. He is also welcomed by two sisters, Sophia and Leah Hoang.
