Bailey Kristina Moultrie was born at 9:02 p.m. Sept. 17 to Shamila Wharton of Hinesville and Brandon Moultrie of Columbia, South Carolina.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Bailey weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 20 inches.

The baby’s maternal grandmother is Maritza Wharton of Panama City, Panama. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Yvette Hokett and Bernard Moultrie of Latta, South Carolina.

The baby also is welcomed by brother Michael Wharton.
