Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Jackson weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 21 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Harold and Ann Mathews of Perrysburgh, Ohio. The baby’s paternal grandmother is Melanie Shipes of Ellabell.
