Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Lionardo weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 18 inches.

His maternal grandparents are Pedro L. Ortiz Rodriguez and Eulalia M. Perez Melendez. His paternal grandparents are Sanuel Santos Nieves and Elizabeth Denizard Perez, all of Tao Baja, Puerto Rico.
