Raylan Nick Chapell was born at 8:10 a.m. Sept. 10 to Misti Dean of Hinesville and Shawn Chapell.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Raylan weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 21.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Rick and Marie Dean. The baby’s paternal grandmother is Sharon Chapell of Knoxville, Tenn.
The baby also is welcomed by sister Serenity DeLoach and brothers Trent Selph and Anthony Chapell.
