Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Jerome Ward of Savannah announce the engagement of their daughter Wanda C. Early to Anthony L. Perry of Hinesville. Early also is the daughter of the late James Early Jr. Perry is the son of Elaine Perry of Midway and the late Frank Perry.
Early graduated from Saint Leo University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and currently is working on her Master of Business Administration in human resources at Saint Leo University. She is employed as a police officer in Chatham County.
Perry graduated from Choctawhatee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and will relocate to Savannah. He is a truck driver with 15 years of experience.
A wedding is planned for July 9.
