The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Houston County High School and a 2012 graduate of Kennesaw State University. She is a teacher in the Liberty County School System.
Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Wallace Shaw Sr. of Nahunta. Her maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Grady Mobley of Baxley.
The future-groom is a 2007 graduate of Liberty County High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Georgia. He is the band director at Bradwell Institute.
His paternal grandparents are Mrs. and the late Mr. Mamerto V. Fermin of Aiea, Hawaii. His maternal grandparents are Mrs. and the late Mr. Ada M. Bailey Jr. of Hinesville.
They are planning an April wedding in Perry with the Revs. Don Caultey and Ed McMinn officiating.
