Long, Simmons plan to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Long of Long County announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Nicole Long, to Cale A. Simmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey Simmons of Long County.  

The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at First Baptist Church of Ludowici. The Rev. Eric Rentz and Brother David Simmons will officiate over the ceremony.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Ogeechee Technical College of Statesboro and is presently employed by DENTAC on Fort Stewart.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Long County High School in Ludowici and is presently employed by Interstate Paper Corporation of Riceboro.

The bride-elect’s maternal grandparents are Lee and Sue McFann of Long County, and her paternal grandparents are the late Elbert and Mildred Folsom Long.

The groom-elect’s maternal grandparents are Patricia Higgins and the late Nick Higgins of Long County, and his paternal grandparents are Adonis Simmons and the late Harriett Ray Simmons of Long County.

No invitations are being mailed, but all friends and relatives are invited.
