Mr. and Mrs. Herbert L. Stacy III of Hinesville are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Adam Fleming Stacy, to Amber Rae Ireland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Ireland of Peachtree City.
Adam is the grandson of Mrs. J.F. Ingram of Decatur, the late John F. “Don” Ingram of Decatur, and the late Herbert and Millie Stacy of Hinesville. Amber is the granddaughter of James “Bill” Ireland of Clifton Park, New York, the late Joan Ireland of Clifton Park, and the late Genevieve and Raymond Nordell of Mountain View, California.
Attended by family and friends, the wedding took place on Oct. 12, 2014, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the historic Vinewood Plantation Estate in Newnan. A fun night of dinner and dancing followed under the stars and chandeliers in the stables of the estate, which had been converted into a wonderful reception site.
Scott Stacy served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen included Brent Ireland, brother of the bride; Akhil Anumolu of San Jose, California; John Angelette of Chicago; Kevin Bauknight of Columbia, South Carolina; and Edwin Molina of Atlanta. Aubry Ireland was her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Meaghan Caddy, Katherine Haggerty, Danielle Long, all of Peachtree City, Carlyn Mothershed of Chicago and Christina Molina of Atlanta.
After a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple resides in Greenville, South Carolina.
