Baconton Missionary Baptist Church will raffle off a classic 1985 Dodge Conversion van for $5 per ticket.
The van has 77,570 miles, air-conditioning, an AM/FM radio with cassette player, full-size bed, TV connection, captain-style chairs, 80 percent tire tread, new battery, starter, belts, hoses, brakes and tune-up with less than 4,000 miles.
Proceeds benefit The Manna House in Hinesville and the Elijah Program at the church. The drawing will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 31 during the church’s fall festival.
The winner does not need to be present to claim the prize. The church will notify the winner by telephone between 7-7:30 on the night of the drawing. The church also will transfer the title to the winner on the night of the drawing.
