Drive to fund soldier appreciation on
HMAC fundraising

The Hinesville Military Affairs Committee started its fundraising campaign for this summer’s Military Family Appreciation on Fort Stewart.

The first donations were presented this week by the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors, its Multi-Listing Corp. and Coldwell Banker, Holtzman Realtors. During the appreciation, HMAC and other organizations will throw a picnic for soldiers and their families July 3.

George Holtzman said as many as 15,000 meals may be needed.

More donations and volunteers are needed.
