The installation consecration service for Pastor Stanford L. Anderson, the new First District president of the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia was April 6 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond Hill.  
Anderson will oversee approximately 300 churches in 12 counties, including Liberty and Long. He has been pastor at CMBC for eight years and at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Hazlehurst for 32 years.
