Johnny Cash revue in Statesboro

STATESBORO — The national tour of “Ring of Fire — The Music of Johnny Cash” will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Performing Arts Center, 847 Plant Drive.
According to a news release, Cash himself is never impersonated in the production, but “Ring of Fire” features performers who guide the audience through Cash’s life and music. The show features more than 35 songs, including “I Walk the Line,” “I’ve Been Everywhere,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “A Boy Named Sue,” “Daddy Sang Bass” and the title song.
