The Alzheimer's Association is hosting an educational session on Thursday, April 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The training will be at Savannah's Memorial Hospital in the Mercer Auditorium in the William & Iffath Hoskins Center for Biomedical Research.
Information will cover communication, behaviors, caregiver wellness and more. The training will concern Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and is designed to help family caregivers learn more about the disease and in turn become understanding caregivers.
The training is free and food will be provided.
