Local in film, studying for doctorate

Kristyl Dawn Tift reports that she recently completed work on the film “Looper” (starring Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt), in the role of Madame. The film will be in theaters in 2012. Meanwhile, she can be seen in the film “Hall Pass,” which stars Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis and will be released Friday. 
Tift also recently was accepted to the University of Georgia as a theater and film studies doctoral candidate.  She will begin her studies this fall.
A Liberty County High School graduate, Tift now lives in  Atlanta. She is the daughter of Charles and Deidre’ Tift.
