Commentators for the 19th annual Illuminated Christmas Parade hosted by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and the Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau have been announced.

Pastor Richard Hayes with New Day Community Church and Charlene Parlett from Southeast Auto Service will be responsible for commentating on passing floats and entertaining both present and live-streamed audiences. WTOC anchor Dawn Baker will also be a part of the lineup.

The next deadline to turn in parade registration documents and pay is Monday. The price is $40 for nonprofits and $60 for for-profits, plus $20 for an additional unit fee. After Monday, the price increases to $70 for both for-profits and nonprofits. Absolutely no parade registration documents will be taken after Nov. 27.

The parade will be begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in downtown Hinesville. For more information about the parade, contact the Chamber at 368-4445 or go to www.libertycounty.org.

Currently the event is being sponsored by Harris Ace Hardware, the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority, McDonald’s, Savannah Technical College, South Georgia Bank and Stop N Stor.
