The Ogeechee Riverkeeper has set two events. It will have a News and Views casual social from 5:30 to 7:30 this evening at Harry’s BBQ, 7672 Highway 280 in Claxton. During the free event, sponsored by Claxton Poultry, Riverkeeper Emily Markesteyn and watershed outreach coordinator Jesse Demonbreun-Chapman will talk about proposed legislation, environment, violations, plans and events.
