More than 50 Rotarians from 10 different clubs, including the Hinesville Rotary Club, volunteered recently to help assemble 1,000 disaster healthy kits for MAP International’s Disaster Relief program.

These kits, which contain antiseptic wipes, soap and other basic hygiene supplies, will go to people in Puerto Rico and Texas hurt by last year’s hurricanes and will help prevent the spread of disease for people staying in shelters following disasters.
