Josiah Ansorena-Smith, a second-grader at First Presbyterian Christian Academy in Hinesville, recently was cast in the Showime series “Homeland,” which is recorded in Charlotte, N.C. 
Josiah was among 10 other second-graders who were cast as students attending a field trip during a scene that will be broadcasted later this year as the 10th episode. 
Josiah, a Glennville resident, is the son of Patricia Austin, Joseph Austin and Oswin Ansorena.
His is the maternal grandson of Pernell and Patricia Smith and paternal grandson of Richard and Sheryl Austin, and Edgar and Zolia Olivia of Miami, Fla. 
Josiah is a member of Upper Room Deliverance Center Church in Glennville.
