These opinions are not the Courier’s. Callers are not required to identify themselves, so we can neither verify sources nor their motives. Call 876-3733.

I was just at a dealership in this town, and I found out that they’re not associated with the corporation, supposedly. Not going to name names or anything, but it might be rare who you buy vehicles from.

I would like to know if anyone could tell us where we need to check about the ordinance on the barking dogs around the neighborhood. You can’t even go outside without all the dogs around us barking. We can’t enjoy having a barbecue or anything out there because of the dogs. I don’t want to get into an argument with the neighbors, so if someone can just enlighten us on what ordinance it is or tell us where to go, we’d appreciate it.

I’m a full-time employee, and I work many weekends. Sometimes, I put two or three hours of overtime in. I have been told by my employer that since I’m full-time, they don’t have to pay me. Is this correct, and do I have any protection? It seems like I’m putting sometimes 12 hours in on weekends.

Please don’t take the Sound off out of the paper. Sometimes, there’s very interesting information in there that the general public doesn’t know about.

Amen to you for coming back with your comment about when the truth comes out, it bothers you. If you didn’t come out with this, I was going to respond. I fully understood what you were saying. The person who posted that nasty comment is the one who is on serious drugs or in need of some drugs. Only a twisted mind and hateful heart would make a comment like that. People like that, we need to pray for.

I’m calling to support the Sound off segment in the Coastal Courier. Please keep it going.
