I applaud the Courier for bringing our attention to the possibility there might be ex-felons working in our school system with the children there. I hope they will see that this matter is resolved and every employee is checked out.

You said personal attacks will not be printed in Sound off, so why can you put in a personal attack on the president of the United States? You all need to be better than that. Put the truth in there sometimes — at least once a month.

I think it’s a disappointment that people come from Savannah, Brunswick and Waycross to come to Fort Stewart to see what kind of sales the commissary is going to have for Memorial Day and they don’t have any kind of sales to get anybody in that store.

To the person who is so concerned about the recycling center in Walthourville being closed, we now are required by law to recycle and have our own personal recycling bin. Isn’t that great? You must not live here.
