The Ludowici City Council voted to have the Ludowici PD have the comparable vacation time and everything for the eight-hour employees. The police department works 12 hours, so why the difference?

I would like to commend Seraine Page and Lewis Levine on the article called “Ride along.” I just read it and I was very impressed, and it gives me a good understanding of how our police officers work. They did an excellent, excellent job. Thank you.

I wish the city would find something more meaningful for those code enforcement officers to do besides harass people about putting out too much trash.

Jealousy is a terrible thing. I would be careful messing with your neighbors, especially the ones that have God on their side because God will smite you if you mess with good people.
