Regarding the military not having anything for the civilians, the military post is for the military personnel. It is a privilege of theirs for serving our country. It is not for civilians.

Would someone inform the mayor and members of the Midway City Council, who appear to be in the dark, that federal law supersedes state, county and city laws?

I’m just curious, does the person who had the still in Midway related to our state representative with the last name? Just asking. (Editor’s note: The still was discovered in Hinesville.)

Thank you, Georgia Insurance Commission, for raising auto insurance statewide this year. I’m sure the ambulance-chasing lawyers appreciate this.

This is for caller who said kids had nothing do in Hinesville. Back in the 1980s, there was a skating rink. The kids would bring drugs and gangs took over, so it was closed. There was also a putt-putt golf course, and miniature golf course, and a go-kart track, but nobody ever went to it, so they had to close. If people don’t use what is here in Hinesville, they lose it. If drugs and gangs take over, you lose it. So try to think of something that people can do without using drugs and gangs, and they’ll have family fun.
