The City of Hinesville and the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce are getting ready for one of the community’s biggest events.

The annual Small World Festival, representing the community’s many cultures, will be held Saturday from noon– 9 p.m. at Bradwell Park in downtown Hinesville.

More than 20 food trucks are expected to be on hand for Small World, Chamber president and CEO Leah Poole said.

“We are working diligently,” Poole told Hinesville City Council members. “We should have a really good day.” Lebrado will headline the annual Small World Festival from 8–9 p.m. in Bradwell Park.

Lebrado Wilson, aka Lebrado, is a native from Char lott e , North Carolina. Lebrado made his musical debut as a back-up singer for Jodeci in the 2000s.

The event also will feature a variety of cultural performances and music. From noon–4 p.m., event attendees can look for to a variety of Spanish and Polynesian dancers and a DJ from 4–6 p.m.

The adults-only concert will kick-off at 6 p.m. with the Counterfeit Crows, a Counting Crows tribute band. A reminder that the live music that will take place from 6–9 p.m. is for adults only. This is in the hope that parents will have some time to enjoy their Saturday night in downtown Hinesville. There will be food truck vendors and beer and wine for sale to attendees 21 or older with a valid photo ID.

Street closures in downtown will be in effect Saturday.
